IP67 Cases

5 Star’s IP67 Cases are a range of IP67 rated weatherproof plastic cases designed to protect your equipment in the harshest conditions. Made from ultra strong glass fibre reinforced plastic, these cases ensure the highest durability and impact resistance in any situation. These IP67 cases provide a cost-effective solution without compromising quality.

IP67 cases are available in black in 12x standard sizes, and can be supplied empty, with pre-cut 25mm square ‘pick & pluck’ foam, or with bespoke CNC machined polyethylene foam inserts made exactly to your specifications. You can even see some foam inserts being CNC-machined here.

For a wider range of IP67 grade cases, we also offer genuine Peli™ cases, which are a great alternative if you are looking for a specific size or colour, and are available for fast track delivery.

Main features

  • Engineered from Glass Fibre reinforced plastic, an extremely strong material that excels in durability and low weight.
  • All cases are fitted with a durable O-ring, ensuring a watertight and dustproof IP67 seal.
  • The cases are designed with multiple external ribs, guiding fluids away from the edge and adding impact resistance to the case.
  • Road-proof double throw latches ensure a firm lock and prevent unexpected opening of the case.
  • A pressure valve is fitted to regulate the internal pressure of the case.
    Larger cases are equipped with an auto-locking, slide out handle and durable nylon wheels.
  • All handles are over-moulded with soft rubber, providing a firm grip on the case without compromising the comfort.
  • Cases can be supplied with profiled (egg-crate) foam to the lid and multiple layers of pre-cut 'pluck-out' foam to the base, or with optional CNC-machined polyethylene foam inserts.
  • All cases can be secured with a padlock of your choice, preventing unwanted access.
