Our Drawered Production Rack Cases are engineered for professionals in live events, AV, broadcasting, motorsport, and technical services. Designed for mobility, durability, and organisation, these flight cases provide a reliable transport and storage solution for tools, test equipment, laptops, and production gear.

Built for the Demands of Touring Life

Crafted in our UK facility, each rack case features a rugged build using 9mm birch plywood, high-pressure laminate (HPL) finishes, and reinforced with 30mm aluminium edges and zinc-plated corners. Whether you're on the road or on-site, these cases are made to withstand tough environments without compromising mobility or access.

Smooth Handling with Heavy-Duty Castors

All models are fitted with 4" castors (two braked), and hinged-door versions include a fifth castor to support door weight – a detail that protects both your gear and the case over time.

Versatile Drawer Layouts with Foam Options

Choose from three standard configurations – Type 1, 2, and 3 – each offering a different drawer setup to suit your workflow. Drawers can be supplied foam-lined or CNC-cut to precisely fit and protect delicate tools and equipment.

Technical Design: Professional Production Storage

Our production flight cases (often referred to as Touring Workboxes) are engineered for high-intensity technical environments. Unlike standard trunks, these cases utilize heavy-duty telescopic drawer slides that remain smooth even when fully loaded with tools, cables, or delicate test equipment.

  • Custom Drawer Layouts: We offer standard Type 1, 2, and 3 configurations, but specialize in bespoke drawer heights to fit specific equipment like laptops or microphones.
  • Chassis Integrity: Built using 9mm birch plywood and reinforced with 30mm aluminium edges. Every drawered rack includes 4" heavy-duty castors (two braked) and a specialised fifth castor on hinged-door models to prevent door-drop over time.
  • Precision Organization: Enhance your workflow with optional CNC-cut foam inserts or 6mm polyethylene lining, ensuring every tool has a secure, vibration-dampened home during transit.
