The manufacture of padded bags and covers by ProTect was added to compliment the existing range of cases and foam inserts. 5 Star Group has been at the forefront of flight case design and build for more many decades and in that time has gained a wealth of experience in this field. With this in mind, it was a simple transition to include padded bags and covers into the existing manufacturing facilities at the UK site.

ProTect Bags & Covers are manufactured to the very high standard and service you would expect from 5 Star Cases, using rugged 600 denier PVC-coated polyester available in a variety of colours. Various interior lining options are available, including polyethylene foam padding, polypropylene reinforcing and CNC machined foam inserts. Fastening options include heavy duty zips, hook+loop velcro, press-studs as well as padded shoulder straps and carry handles.

Corporate branding allows maximum exposure, security and visual impact of any bag or cover. Corporate branding is done using thermal transfer printing, more commonly known as heat transfer printing. This process involves digitally printing a logo or design onto a specialist vinyl material, which is then applied to the fabric using a heat press. This ensures the logo is both hard-wearing and consistent across all products, and allows a wide range of colours to be used.

Our fully equipped workshop features a number of industrial grade sewing and binding machines, together with large cutting tables and material racks. This means ProTect Bags & Covers is capable of handling everything from small orders to large production batches.
