Delivery information

We aim to deliver within 7-10 days after receipt of payment unless stated otherwise in the product description. Lead times for all items, including stock items, are stated on each product. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £100 that are ordered at https://5star-cases.com/ and delivered within MAINLAND UK. Any products that are not eligible for free shipping will indicate this in the product description. Delivery charges may apply on orders placed by email or telephone.

Fast Track Despatch options are also available for an additional charge on select products. Simply select this option before adding the chosen product to your basket. Maximum of 10 cases per customer per order. Items in black rofor are available for despatch within 48 hours of order. Other colours are available for despatch within 72 hours.

Stock items ordered after 2pm will be despatched the next day working day, working days being Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If not in stock, 48hr Despatch products will be made to order in black rofor and despatched within 48 hours. If ordered in an alternative colour or finish, these items will be made to order and despatched within 72 hours. If we have requested additional information from you, 48hr Despatch products will be despatched within 48hrs - 72hrs of this information being supplied

In the event of an order being placed with multiple lead times, such as for stock and made to order items, the order will be despatched at the later date unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries to other countries are available but please contact our sales team for information on individual shipping charges.

Please Note: 5 Star Cases is closed between Christmas and New Year. No deliveries will take place between this period. We will advise the exact dates of trading accordingly.

We deliver using our own transport as well as couriers from Mon - Fri. Delivery may be any time Mon - Fri in standard business hours without prior notice. If we use a carrier, the carrier will send messages detailing delivery information through text or email using the phone number or email address you provide.
